The attached document has a text box with a heading 'Date received by CAST', 
and space for a hand written entry below it.

It imports as a close fitting text box.

If the text box is expanded to its original size, the document cannot be re-
exported as a WORD document without losing it.  This is embarrassing as the 
form is intended for on-line completion and forwarding!

PS - where do I attach the document??

I can confirm this.  Issue 15749 is another (completely different) 
example of formating problems with lines.  Issue 15789 is a parapraph 
spacing format problem.
