Please take a look at the top of the attached document in MS Word versus OO to 
see the difference I'm citing.  I would think the appearance should be the same.

I don't have MS Word handy, but I did load your document into OOo 1.0.3GM 
on Mac OS X 10.2.3, XDarwin 1.1.1.1/XFree86 4.2.1.1, windowmaker 0.62 
Window Manager, and I can see a problem.

The letterhead/company logo graphics appear above and to the left of 
(outside) the corner of the document proper.

If this is NOT the problem you are seeing, please attach a screen dump from 
MS Word.

Added oooqa keyword.

I will test with OOo 1.1, as some rendering fixes for MS Office 
documents have been made there.

please set at least a target OOo later if you set a issue to new
