A feature that lacks in all applications I know of is the sideway scrolling 
with the mouse-wheel : In OOo Draw, you can already zoom by pressing ctrl while 
using the wheel. Why not scroll sidways if you press the shift (or alt) button?

NOTE : This could be nice to have in OOo Calc as well ?

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
