When doing a mail merge, a separate output document is created for each data
record, so if there´s 30 data records you're creating 30 saved files.
I wanted to use this feature to create a prettyprint non-tabular database
report. It looked so counter-intuitive to me that i spent hours looking for the
thing to click to generate just one file... before i gave up.

This issue is connected to #7066 which i think is too general. I
re-issued it because this one is "atomic" and should be quite easy to fix.

Confirmed and Priority set down to P4 for enhancement.  Added as
dependency to Issue 7066 though.
