Hi,

When an issue is marked as a duplicate of an other, the votes are not 
transfered so practically lost

eg:
Issue A : 1 vote
Issur B : 200 votes

Issue B is marked as duplicate of A
Issue B is no more checked

Issua A continue to show 1 vote instead of takink the 200 other into account

Solution : 
- on duplicating, transfer all votes (not so easy to rollback)
- The vote count is the sum of the issue votes and all its duplicates 
(recursivelly)
