Case: A issue is reported to the wrong project.
Changing the project leaves the 'QA contact' untouched.
This means having two major problems.
1. If the involved people forget to change this the bug is discussed in the
wrong group. Interested people may lack of necessary information.
2. If the contact is mistakenly changed to a non-existent value the information
is only available by editing the bug. This is nearly non-public.

This request is being tracked internally as pcn4280 for evaluation and
assignment to a release. I will keep you updated on its progress and

The engineers have actually worked on this and entered the fixes in SC1.3.
