In my oppinion the fact that SHIFT has to be press first and the CTRL to mark
cells that are not coherent is a bit circumstantial in my oppinion.

I think OOo should handle this like Excel, where only CTRL is needed.

Hi Norbert,

before filing an Issue please use the search facilities. select as keyword for
the summary, Spreadsheet as component and nothing as Status lead you to Issue
25793 and following this Issue to 3875 which this one is a double from.

Also follow the the guidelines for the priorisation of the Issues.
