Improve HTML editor so can be used for XML editor, including the tree view. 
It can be useful to repair/edit the xml when we got problems with 
documents/corrupts, ETC. we can use this functions

Don't fixed our goal to work as an XML editor.
The HTML editor is already quite only a viewer...

To get OOo to edit XML documents (as in DocBook), the user interface should be
able to 
1. switch the styles to that of DocBook XML, and allow only those styles in the
2. it should highlight / provide visual notifications where the document does
not validate.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
