1.in help document you specified,"Use the shortcut keys Shift+Ctrl+S to open 
the Special Characters dialog to insert one or more special characters".
2.when I am using this key method,"Nothing will appear" and nothing worked.

FPE: I confirm and take it. It's ours.
FPE->UFI: The short cut is wrong (at least for Linux) and needs to be removed.
