- create a new data base (just click "Finish" in the "Database Wizard")
- save the file
- close the OOo GUI
- re-start OOo (start writer or calc for example):

Now a recovery dialog is displayed! (attached screenshot)

I think this is a bug: Recovery only makes sense if the last OOo-session has
crashed...

Fixed in the cws dba24. Currently in QA state.
