1. Start a new presentation
2. Create two versions of the document (File->Versions...)
3. Try to delete a version

At this point, some things happened here:
1) The document name got repeated in the dialog's title bar
2) Deleting the two versions resulted in having the two versions shown in the
dialog, in the inverse order.

I found the bug 27067 which could be a duplicate of this bug. 

This bug was verified on OOo 1.9.100.
