In the example file the image DefaultView.bmp, in the .DOC file is imported as
an internet link, instead of a reference to the local filename.
The attached example also includes a second image, that is instead imported
correclty.
ooo 1.1.2 imports the file correctly

The WinWord fields of type
INCLUDEPICTURE "DefaultView.bmp" \* MERGEFORMAT \d
sometimes are iported correctly, and sometimes aren't, as you can see in the
attached example.
