FIXED.
In issue 58818 we have some additional hints concerning English entries in the HELP index card. Can you pls. check whether that is fixed with the fix for this issue? Then can you pls check again Target milestone? For some very few headings in the help content, 2.0.2 might be acceptable, but with 2% English entries in the INDEX, I belieev that _must_ be fixed in 2.0.1.

Update: What I reported in Issue <http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=58818> is still present in OOo 2.0.1 RC4. Why is the milestone now OOo 2.0.2? Are you going to release another German version with broken Online help? Please don't, OOo's reputation has already suffered.
You can change the "Target milestone". It's fixed in 2.0.1
