Changed Target to 2.x

started documentation in cws chart2mst3. Several new files needed in schart and
shared/guide folders; some old files can be deleted.

Added myself so I can track progress. Obviously changes here will affect any
works in progress at the doc project.

I'll upload a text for xy charts. I have the following idea for a structure:
There are common pages which contain the parts, which are true for the most
types. And orthogonal to that there are guides for the specific chart types,
which embeds those parts from the common pages, which are valid, and add
informations, that are specific to that chart type.
In my case the text consists of several pages which should be linked for and
back. In addition they should have a "see also" part, as it is practice in the help.

Please add comments in the xhp-files for the translators, to which part of the
UI the paragraphs belong. That would make it much easier to review a translation.

I'll upload a "stock chart guide" and additions to "wiz-chart-elements". The
additions tell the user where he can find the chart elements, which the wizard
do not offer, and where he can format the chart elements.
I have marked, what is specific for a stock chart and what can be embedded from
common pages. I hope that it is understandable.

Chart Wizard - Data Series  (/text/schart/01/wiz_data_series.xhp)

They are inside the zip-file.

I tried to hold common paragraphs in one place. 
Some changes are necessary because data labels for XY chart have been added.
That's what I have finished up to now. Please tell me, on which part I should
work next, so that it is not double.

Please verify chart help in CWS chart2mst3, build of Jan 22 or later
Start page based on "guide" concept. No browsing through toolbars and menus in
new part of help: use Shift+F1 instead. Some old pages are still there in old
help style; these will be changed later with issue 52158

This Issue is 'Verified' and not updated in 1yr+, so Closing.
