When I select any image from my document and I try to change it going to
"Insert->Picture->From File..." menu, the dialog "Image Properties" is displayed.

In this situation I expected to see the "Insert Picture" window in order to
change the image.

When I deselect the image, the dialog "Insert Picture" is displayed correctly
(this when I click in Insert->Picture->From File... again)

this is because Writer doesn't do a replacement of a selected image. Changing 
this is an enhancement request.
