OOo Draw does not remember whether the Page Pane has been turned off in the View-Page Pane menu 
item (ditto if you close the Pages pane using its Close button) - every time I open a Draw document the 
Pages pane is back again.
Ideally, the menu item's behaviour would be remembered across doc openings (as with other items in the 
View menu), or there should be a prefs option to set the default to on/off.
