Description evoci 2006-08-17 10:20:42 UTC
The "Minimum space numbering <-> text" value assigned in Tools/Outline
Numbering, Position tab, is not retained after saving-reopening the file
Comment 1 michael.ruess 2006-08-18 11:56:30 UTC
The problem is, that the value will not be applied, if you do not leave the
"minimum spacing..." field e.g. by using "Tab" key or clicking into another
field before closing the dialog with OK or Enter key. See issue 21553.

closing duplicate.
Comment 3 evoci 2006-08-18 12:14:11 UTC
Spacing is applied while working on the document. If I close and reopen, it is lost.
This does not happen on a newly created document, but does on the attached one.

You have to tell me that you save in MS Word .doc format! That's VERY important.
Comment 6 michael.ruess 2006-08-18 15:34:20 UTC
MRU->OD: this is one for our "compatibility" collection.
Here both concepts hit each other. Word's follow character and Writer's absolute
value for setting a spacing following a number.
Comment 7 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2006-08-21 14:34:49 UTC
accepted - apply correct target.
Comment 8 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2006-08-21 14:36:20 UTC
forgot to apply correct target ;-)
Comment 9 Mathias_Bauer 2007-12-03 14:49:26 UTC
