1.- Insert a image in a document.
2.- Open "Styles and Formatting" (F11)
3.- Click the image to select it.
4.- Style "Graphic" in "Frame Styles" appears highlighted.
5.- Right click on "Graphic" style and select "Modify"
6.- Put a format (i.e. border)
7.- Click "OK". Nothing happen.

If reapply the style to the image, then it run. Also works for the new added images.

MRU->OS: this is quite similar to issue 45501.
Changes in frame styles will only affect newly inserted objects and when a style
is re-applied to an object. Not very intuitive.
