Windows 2K (service pack 3) with HP LaserJet 4 printer. Envelopes do not print.
After formating the envelope & clicking PRINT, the printer pauses & flashes a
manual feed command (this is normal) but does not respond when. This function
works in other Windows programs, si the problem appears to be isolated to
openOffice.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
