If we apply a footnote to a heading, the number appears attached to the Heading
in the Navigator.

For example, if the Heading is "This is a test", 
the Navigator shows an entry "This is a test" for this title. 

But after we insert a footnote (say Footnote#12), 
it now appears as "This is a test12".

Oops! I wonder why my searches are not working in some cases...I did search for
two terms (footnote navigator) and set the search to "all words".
