follow up issue for i79194
Step by step description also in i79194
Works fine for Datapoints and single Dataseries, but not for the whole chart.

->What do you expect to be selected in case the data label dialog is opened for
the whole chart? I maybe could always select the settings from the first series.
Would that be ok?

By the way when you avoid the 'i' in front of the issue number and write just
issue 79194 you get a clickable link here.

Fixed in CWS chart14.
To stay consistent with the usual Office behavior in case of mixed state no
number format is pre-selected in those ambiguous cases.
If all series have the same format that one is pre-selected.
