There are for text formatting 3 selection lists for 
- chapter type (usually: "Default"), 
- font (name), 
- font size. 
When marking some text and positioning the cursor directly over that field and
turning the mouse-wheel, this is what happens: 
- chapter type: selects another value in that list, but text formatting does not
change
- font (name): nothing happens
- font size: selects another value in that list, but text formatting does not change
It appears to me, that this is / these are bug(s) as I would expect
1) equal reaction on all 3 fields, 
2) an immediate change in my marked text to get formatted accordingly.
