confirmed, not only for german, also tested french and dutch (DEV300 m5)

problem occured before integration of localisation28

hmmm ....

looking into the DEV300 m11 / BEA m2 unxlngi6.pro I found in officecfg/.../UI.xcu:

The correct strings are there but seems not to be dispalyed in the office,
possible again a problem with the 3 Layer Office change? CD, SB ?

Please have a look at issue 89014 as well , looks like there wrong translation
are shown ...

cd->sb: I think this is the same problem as "Templates and Documents" (see 88325).

oh yes, similar to Common.xcu in issue 88325, UI.xcu also both contains
locale-specific data and got moved from the Basis to the Brand layer

fixed; localised xcu files moved back from brand to basis layer, brand specific
parts extracted into modules and kept in brand layer
