When i make a conditional cell layout, that work only with first letter when
there is different text (like subscript) and with color. It is by nice when all
cell layout is possible too use with the conditional cell layout.
The cellsecurity doesn't work with the conditional cell layut.

reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)
