Hi,

please ...

- open the first attached ods, it contains a picture with protected size

- select the cell range B3:B12

- drag&drop the selection into column C

The picture's width has been changed, also its size is protected.

I have attached a second ods with the result.

I checked with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[OOO300m3 (Build9344)]" and can confirm the reported effect. Same result with
"2.4.1  Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [680m17(Build9310)]".
Object changes width in accordance to relation of column width of old and new place.
The same effect is visible if you drag and drop (or copy and paste) an object
from a row with bigger height to one with smaller hight.
This might be acceptable (or feature) for non protected size, but not for
objects with size protection.

This issue might be related to Issue 28244

I use Linux OOo build.
