This is a follow-up issue to issue 97440.
The new writer2latex extension introduced in DEv300 m38 by CWS
writer2latexexternal breaks non product version for mac and windows. Probably
caused by filter configuration. As I cannot fix this, I had to disable bundling
of this extension (scp2, revision 265756).
Fix the extension and enable  bundling again.

duplicate so that we can all track this issue in one place.
