+++ This issue was initially created as a clone of Issue #124766 +++

A tracking issue for the Hebrew (he) translation of Apache OpenOffice, that functions as a request to merge translation from Pootle on the nearest possible release/version, following 4.1.1. 

NOTES: 
Translation state: 
UI -- could be improved (https://translate.apache.org/he/aoo40/)
Help -- Translation isn't complete yet (https://translate.apache.org/he/aoo40help/)  

CALL FOR HEBREW TRANSLATORS: 
Anyone can suggest a translation, which will be reviewed by other translators. 
Join the L10N mailing list, and ask to create a Pootle account for you. 

For any doubts or support requests, please write to the L10N mailing list (l10n@openoffice.apache.org); you should also consider subscribing to it, to be notified of replies by other Hebrew translators.

Maybe you should send your call on support forum? ;-)

@oooforum: We do it more rarely now (since Pootle makes it easier to collaborate), but at a point in history we actually used to track all activity for new translators in issues, and some issue templates still have this text. anyway the workflow above is correct: new volunteers should contact the l10n list, ask for a Pootle account, then work together on Pootle.

All translations from pootle are now in the SVN revision 1847894

There is a dev-build under https://home.apache.org/~mechtilde/NewBuild

If there are problems with the translation please open a new issue.
