Filing on behalf of vlojen who posted Navigator Autohides in FullScreen - but why?. Summary: In previous versions to 2.4.0, the Navigator could be viewed using F5 if it was not docked when entering Full Screen mode. This is no longer possible, but no notes could be found in the Issue Tracker, release notes or specifications to say that this is now the expected behavior. It seems to be a bug introduced with 2.4.0.
Reassigned to ES.
@OS: as described.
Component changed to framework. Reassigned to cd

Appears to be linked with issue 94474. Full screen now blocks some of the windows.
In OOo 3.1.1 the misbehavior of the Stylist and Navigator windows has worsened. Here is an example (on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2): a) open a Writer document and change to fullscreen mode; b) use CTRL+SHIFT+F5 to display the Navigator; c) the floating window is displayed but cannot be closed unless you press the F11 key that should display the Stylist that instead never appears. Even the "Close" button of the Navigator floating window is not functional; d) press CTRL+SHIFT+J again and go back to normal display mode. The Navigator windows is still there, though it was closed in full screen, and the Stylist window is displayed too, even though it never appeared in fullscreen. Even if you docked the Navigator and Stylist window to the left side of the document area, for example, when you change to fullscreen mode there's no way to display them because no handle is shown where the window was docked. It's a rather irrational behavior and definitely a bug that spoils the utility of the fullscreen mode.
