I am a bug reporter and QA person for Mozilla.  I would like to become one for
Open Office as well.  To effectively do this, I request canconfirm and canedit
permissions.  I don't know your procedures, but the procedures for mozilla.org
are to file a bug or contact somebody and refer to work you have done on bugs. 
Here is my bug list:
